Booking
There is a $100 non-refundable booking service fee in order to hold Client’s event date, along with a signed contract. . Booking CANNOT be confirmed without paid non-refundable booking fee and signed contract.
cancellation
Please note: The $100 booking service fee is non-refundable and the responsibility of the Client; any cancellations will result in loss of booking service fee. The booking service fee holds your event appointment, and if you cancel your event appointment it is considered compensation for loss of business from other inquiries turned away for the same date and time as your event, as well as for any time and costs expended in preparation for your event from communicating with you, your coordinator, and/or venue.
If the Client's wedding is postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19 ONLY, the Client has two options:
1) Reschedule or 2) Cancel. (The Client will be required to provide proof their event was cancelled due to COVID).
If the Client chooses to reschedule, the rescheduled event must be of equal or higher value to the original scheduled event and on a date/time that Glowup Hair by Maureen is available*. The non-refundable booking service fee will be applied to the rescheduled event. *If Glowup Hair by Maureen is not available on the date the Client would like to reschedule their event to, the booking service fee is non-refundable.
If the Client chooses to cancel their event, the booking service fee is non-refundable.
Please note, forms of payment accepted are – cash and (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay)
PARKING FEES
Any parking costs (parking garages, valet, etc.) must be identified and disclosed to the me prior to agreement and signing. These costs will be included in the total cost for your event. Should I not be made aware of parking costs ahead of time, these costs will be included in the total remaining cost due on the day of your event.
COVID-19 Protocol
For the safety of my clients, myself, and my assistants, Glowup Hair by Maureen is following the below COVID-19 safety protocol and procedures:
•Frequently disinfect commonly used and touched surfaces, as well as disinfects between uses as much as possible and full cleaning after each event.
•Utilize sterilized tools and equipment for each event.
